Los Angeles Clippers - Golden State Warriors, Saturday 1:30 CEST, Staples Center (Los Angeles)

As a two-time reigning champions, Warriors were supposed to sweep Clippers and focus on more demanding rivals in next rounds. Altough, the most competitive rivals maybe came at the very beginning. Clips’ superb defender Patrick Beverley is a personification of the whole team led by Dov Rivers. They are though, united and focused on the job to do as much damage to Dubs as it’s possible.

The Golden State had a chance to close down series at Game 5, though they somehow lost 15-point advantage and were unable to beat the Clippers in Oakland. That’s why they’re now heading to Los Angeles. The Warriors won twice in LA during this series but there are only two possibilities for them in Game 6. They will again make basketball look too easy and promote to Western Conference Semifinals or play with apathy and force Game 7. Yep, with this Clippers. Yep, with No. 8 Clippers. Yep, with Clippers that were supposed to focus this season on rebuilding practically the entire squad.

OneHash prediction: Clippers

Athletic Bilbao - Deportivo Alavés, Saturday 13:00 CEST, San Mames (Bilbao)

With four games remaining in LaLiga, clash at San Mames should be a decisive showdown for 7th place and qualification for the Europa League second qualifying round. Ahead of the weekend, pole position is in the hands of Bilbao’s team which won five of seven last domestic games and seems as a strong favorite. Deportivo for at least a month has been on opposite tracks. Team from Alaves didn’t win any of its last six games but, hey, it’s still a derby match! You can expect a lot strife and amusement from battle over Basque County’s supremacy.

OneHash prediction: Athletic two goals difference

ATP Barcelona semi-finals and final

Just wait for the results of Friday’s quarter-finals (the article has been written during matches of this round) and check if there were some upsets in Barcelona. If no, Rafael Nadal should be on his way for 12th total and fourth in a row title in the capital of Catalonia.

Is there someone that can stop El Toro? Maybe 2017’s finalist Dominic Thiem, maybe Barcelona's two time winner Kei Nishikori. Austrian and Japanese certainly will be up for surprising Spaniard at his tricky and demanding home ground.

OneHash prediction: Nadal winning a title

Borussia Dortmund - Schalke, Saturday 15:30 CEST, Signal Iduna Park (Dortmund)

BVB will host S04 in another addition to Riverderby. Borussia still fights for the Bundesliga title and has to maintain pressure on league-leaders Bayern. 15th-placed Schalke is in the opposite end of the spectrum, being only six points ahead of relegation play-offs zone. In last clash between those two teams Dortmund’s side won 2:1 in Gelsenkirchen and there are many indications that we can prepare for a rerun on Saturday. The most important one is guests’ condition in 2019. Schalke won only two of this year’s 13 domestic matches and lose as many as seven. Of course derby matches has its own rules but it’s really hard to imagine Schalke coming back from Dortmund in at least decent mood.

OneHash prediction: Borussia two goals difference

Inter - Juventus, Saturday 20:30 CEST, San Siro (Milan)

According to history and tradition, this game is a real Derby d’Italia. Rivalry between the two biggest cities in Northwest Italy and two of the three most decorated clubs in country may not have an impact on Europe’s football like it used to have but it’s still fight for an Italian supremacy.

Two teams will face for 204th time in history. Players from Turin just won eight consecutive Scudetto so they might take their foot off the gas just like they did in previous years. Inter, on the other hand, is still in the middle of Champions League’s pursuit. With five matches to go, Luciano Spalletti’s boys are at 3rd place with five point advantage over fourth-tier city rivals AC Milan. Inter and Juventus are in a different boats but we fancy that they will accept the draw in 205th Derby d’Italia with open arms.

OneHash prediction: Draw

F1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix, Sunday 14:30 CEST, Baku City Circuit (Baku)

It’s time for round four of the 2019 Formula One World Championship, this time in Baku. It may be the most entertaining venue of this season due to difficult and full of tight turns track. Baku’s circuit is placed in UNESCO-protected Old City so we can be assured of beautiful views as well.

The circuit was introduced to Formula 1 in 2017 but just two races was enough to show how interesting and dangerous Azerbaijan can be. In 2018 race was dominated by spectacular crashes between Red Bull’s Max Verstappen & Daniel Ricciardo and Force India’s Esteban Ocon & Sergio Perez duos. Will the rumble continue on Sunday? Very likely. Baku seems like a strong opportunity for Ferrari to bounce back after a slow start of the season. Beware, favorites from Mercedes.

OneHash prediction: Lewis Hamilton

Manchester United - Chelsea, Sunday 17:30 CEST, Old Trafford (Manchester)

Fight for the top four in the Premier League continues and only gets juice. Eventual Sunday’s failure will end up United’s hopes for next season’s Champions League. Red Devils are at sixth place with three points behind fourth-placed Chelsea. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer started his coaching career at Old Trafford in marvelous style, winning 14 of the first 17 matches in all competitions. Nevertheless, when the honeymoon ended, the big crisis began. Manchester lost seven of the last nine games, managing just three goals in six games across April.

Will United’s misery increase on Sunday? It’s all up to Maurizo Sarri. Italian is now in a position not many expected him to be a couple of months back, practically controlling his top four fate. Sarri is still criticized for unconvincing style of football, though he can silenced critics in the best way possible. By winning at Old Trafford and eliminating one rival on the road to the Champions League.

OneHash prediction: Chelsea one goal difference

Both teams may more in common this summer.

Toronto Raptors - Philadelphia 76sers, Sunday 1:30 CEST, Scotiabank Arena (Toronto)

Milwaukee Bucks - Boston Celtic, Sunday 19:00 CEST,  Fiserv Forum (Milwaukee)

You can use famous Spider-Man meme to express these two series in one picture. They look practically the same. Toronto and Philadelphia have its problems in the first round but only at the beginning. Later both teams started to thrive and finished Orlando Magic and Brooklyn Nets in five games. Boston and Milwaukee, on the other hand, didn’t lose a single game this play-offs, sweeping Indiana Pacers and the Detroit Pistons.

There is more of similarities. In both clashes we can expect alike rivalries. Two defensive and offensive beast in persons of Joel Embiid and Giannis Antetokounmpo will face talented and well-balanced backcourts with Kyle Lowry - Kawhi Leonard and Kyrie Irving - Jayson Tatum duos. First games of each series will take place respectively in Toronto and Milwaukee.

OneHash prediction: Philadelphia overtime

OneHash prediction: Milwaukee

Magic's right.
